However, we understand there are some occasions where you can make a mistake on an order or simply change your mind, so here a few guidelines on what is possible and what is not:
For our beauty/skin care products: Due to the hygienic and intimate nature of these products, we unfortunately will not be able to take returns. We are sure you understand this one!
For our accessories/home products: We will take returns within 30 days of purchase date. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us and a 15% re-stocking fee will apply. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment once we have received the product and verified it’s in perfect condition on original packaging.
When shipping your items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You must include your original receipt and we will e-mail you soon after refund is verified.
